GETTING AN EVEN COAT
Coating technique guide
01
Single Coat
One pass on each side — thinner stencil, faster exposure, shorter screen life. Good for short runs.
02
Double Coat
Two passes per side, drying between — sharper edges and longer screen life. Standard for production runs.

Angle & Pressure
Tilt the coater slightly forward, apply steady pressure edge-to-edge in one smooth pass to avoid air bubbles.
04
Drying Between Coats
Dry horizontally, printing side down, in a dark, dust-free space before applying the next coat or exposing.
